What tools. Who gives up on what one can get somewhere else? Wall St’s HR investment cycle buys at top and sells at bottom. The finance employment market is more liquid than others precisely because finance professionals know they are more fungible than others. Asking them to leave money on the table and be grateful is asking them to be as stupid as everyone else. Corporate loyalty is a fiction.
