One-year ago Akamai Technologies (AKAM-NASDAQ) blasted into orbit on the back of a beat and raise quarter. Business is still humming, but not quite enough to sate the mo-mo crowd.. The multiple compression today won’t leave stockholders smiling, but everything happens for a reason. Company execs know how to manage their business, and now they are learning how to manage the Street. But, for now, they are out of the limelight. The stock should hold in the low 40’s, and if not, its Aloha till ‘08. no position
