Chinese Plays Close out Strong Quarter

Hot money continues to pile in to China plays. One way to get involved is through the (FXI) ETF. Technicians might expect a measured move to take this derivative well above $200 in short order, and perhaps we have not seen anything yet. Trying to time a sale might be tough here, but sooner or later holders will be glad they did. We are not quite to the point where everyone on Main Street knows about the China trade, but once we are this trade will tumble. Bubble or not, you will soon hear more chatter comparing this to the Nasdaq in 1999.
