The unfortunate demise of Seth Tobias is getting a ton of play in the media. Yesterday’s column by Andrew Ross Sorkin led to a media firestorm, with CNBC and Anderson Cooper getting in on the act. This has the hallmarks of a media circus to come.

And an unlikely party might be gaining some credibility. CNBC is reporting that Filomena Tobias’ attorney’s have filed a motion trying to block party boy Billy Ash aka “Mister Madame” from testifying.

Ash, whose stock is on the rise, is apparently working with legal eagle Debra Opri, pictured below.

We would expect Opri to launch a media blitz in the weeks ahead.

The long awaited toxicology results should be in soon, but rumors persist that Tobias was stuffed full of Ambien. Abrasions on his body are leading some to conclude Tobias was dragged to the pool.

The plot continues to thicken in the swamps of Florida. The Tobias family deserves the truth, and it appears Billy Ash is pressing for it.

Stay tuned.
