Newly minted FOX Business anchor Cody Willard is out of the stockpicking game, noting on his first blog post since the channel launched that he is Not long or short any stocks right now.

Cody might be the best stockpicker on FOX, and perhaps the most candid anchor on television. Cody’s views are far from mainstream, and frequently provocative. He is pulling no punches, smacking down Chuck Prince and the rest of the C-suite in Wall Street’s corner offices:

Oil, stocks, real estate, gold, milk, most any other currency…the dollar seems to be losing value against just about anything that exists physically or monetarily.

But Citigroup and all these other bankers who paid out hundreds of millions of dollars to select individuals just a few months ago now want the government to use your tax dollars and/or print more non-productivity dollars to bail themselves out. That’s not going to be good for the US dollar either.

Prince might be the worst bank CEO from an execution stand point, but all of these guys are hypocritical capitalists. Gotta wonder if short GS paired with a long C trade is akin to shorting Moto paired with a Nokia long that I used to write about last year. Cody WIllard.com

FOX is taking a progressive view of user generated content, and apparently will give their contributors latitude as it re-writes the business media playbook.

Look for more interesting commentary from FOX’s mane man, who is more Che Guevara than Joe Kernen.

Cody’s revolution airs daily at 5 p.m. EST on FBN.
