harvardNo more mister nice guy. After prohibiting MBA students from disclosing their grades to corporate recruiters for the past eight years, Harvard Business School is reversing the policy, despite overwhelming disagreement from the student body. The reason for the resistance? The CEOs-in-training are afraid it will negatively impact students’ willingness to try difficult courses as well as create a more competitive, less open environment for learning. Makes sense, though in the end we’re not too worried for the HBSers: Ninety-four percent of last year’s class reported accepting a job offer by graduation, with 96% taking a position three months out of school.
