And so ends one of the stranger chapters in bank executive history. Last year JP Morgan Chase employee John Kelly was busted for jumping out from behind some bushes to accost an off-duty female police officer wearing only, gag, a condom. One can only assume that if Mr. Kelly were able to give chase without said condom falling off that he must have been in, er, a state of arousal. There’s a pleasant image.
