Pirate Capital has been in a spiral since the majority of its staff mutinied months ago, but the jig might be up as Fund of Funds continue to pull their coin.  Rumors of a broadside blast from English Ships of the Line might spell the end for this once defiant crew. Stay tuned, the MSM should be all over this one. It just lends itself to too many possibilities for wordplay.

True, the problems are nothing new, and it is probably too late to short his positions in case the sellers get a little sloppy.
