Shareholders of 3Com Corp. (COMS-NASDAQ) were likely feeling blue on Tuesday as the stock printed a fresh 52-week low. Takeover chatter had the stock jumping 18 months ago, but like many rumors on the Street it was a bit off the mark. But today the long anticipated deal will finally take place, with Huawei Technologies and Bain Capital teaming up to buy the company. Good news For Citadel, who will get a gift on the last day of the third- quarter. What is better than that?
