Meet the Bishop

Are you an investment animal?
We are only six trading days into the year
But some funds are beginning to separate from the pack
Board with low-vol strategies that churn out 80 basis point a month? That game is for wimps
Greedy pigs don’t like boaring strategies...and are willing to whiff
Thankfully some hedge funds still swing like the Babe
We would bet that the Bishop is several steps ahead of Wall Street’s jackals....
This Impala has fancy footwork...migrating over theyears between Soros, Maverick, Kingdon and Tiger and constantly dodging predators
This $2+ billlion fund is super concentrated at the top of its sheets…
And with a giant position in UAUA and a healthy slug of GT and AMR, the year-to-date numbers are likely fit for a King
This old-school fund is a throwback...and we hope it keeps on truckin’
The 2007 performance derby has started...did you break clean from the gate?
