NFL Picks Week 7
Kevin is off to Dallas to see the Cowboys this weekend. The rest of us get to fret about Monday’s open for the stock market.

After 2 consecutive weeks of 2-2 performances, this is the week I look to break out. Here are this week’s picks:
MIA +16.5: It certainly seems as though nobody can beat the Patriots, much less the winless Dolphins who traded away one of their best offensive players this week. However, divisional games don’t always follow the same rules like last year’s Dolphins 21-0 shutout over the Patriots. While I expect the Patriots to remain undefeated, giving 2 1/2 TDs is too much this week. Take the Dolphins and the points.
PIT -3.5: The Broncos are the only winless team in the league against the spread this season. The Steelers are one of the 3 best teams in the league. Considering Javon Walker is still out and needs surgery, 3.5 points seem to be too few to me. Give the points and take the Steelers on the road.
CIN -6: The Bengals have looked more like the “Bungles” of old. But the Jets can’t get to the QB. Give Carson Palmer time and he will make you pay. The only reason Ocho Cinco won’t be doing the River Dance or Salsa celebrations is because of his self-imposed moratorium on celebrations. The Bengals will bounce back big...unless next week when they play the Steelers.
ARI +9: The Redskins secondary (and defense in general) is a strength of their team and they are playing much better than what was expected of them. Although Kurt Warner may not play (even though he practiced), the Cardinals get Anquan Boldin back. They have one of the best RB and 2 WR trios in the league and this will be the first week that they are playing together since the beginning of the season. Although I believe the ‘Skins will win, I think this game will be settled by a FG or so. Take the Cards and the points.
Well, I am off to Big D to see the Cowboys this weekend and look forward to seeing Adrian Peterson live...provided he’s not celebrating too much. Enjoy the action this weekend everyone!
