Paper vs. Pixels

The newspaper business is so terrible Morgan Stanley fired their SellSide analyst covering the sector, but not all sectors in media are so punk. TheStreet.com’s enterprise value has been creeping ever closer to Pinch Sulzberger’s New York Times (NYT-NYSE). While Cramers pet project might not ever surpass the Gray Lady’s value, there is a way to win. Pinch just has not figured out how to, and it could make for an uncomfortable Thanksgiving holiday when the Sulzberger family figures out there are two turkeys seated at the table.
