The Nikkei Index may be up some 20 percent this year already, but some high-profile investors think it still has a ways to go. When Dan Quayle, now Chairman of hedge fund Cerberus, was recently asked his views on the Asian markets, the former veep downplayed China and India, advising, "I say keep your eye on Japan."
