Shoe-Man’s Bro Gets the Heisman from UBS

Evan Cole, brother of fashion entrepreneur Kenneth Cole, has come up empty-handed in his suit against his former employer, UBS. After getting sacked earlier this year, Cole sued the investment bank where he’d been a broker, alleging that the firm had hired him just to steal his $50 million client list and then trumping up false allegations to fire him. An arbitration panel ruled that the suit was without merit.
