TheStreet.com’s (TSCM-NASDAQ) earnings release today has the stock moving higher this morning on the back of an 85% gain in advertising revenue. The absence of legacy print operations make their job a bit easier in the year ahead, and the Facebook generation doing the heavy lifting there seems up for the challenge. The conference call at 11:00 a.m. should shed more light on their new initiatives, including one aimed squarely at Mainstreet, and several recent acquisitions.
