The Street Opens Up for Gay MBA Students
At NYU’s Stern School of Business, gay students can choose from more than 20 gay-oriented events during the school year. The high number of events may have more to do with larger trends in the business community that the school’s Greenwich Village location (though it is just a few short blocks from The Cock). For example, 2002 study by Jason Lorber, a gay Stanford MBA alumnus, found that 86% of leading business schools had gay student groups, up from 50% in 1995. And how about on the Street?
