Trend Reversal At Morgan Stanley

It’s good to know that the front door still swings inward at Morgan Stanley. After months of nother but news of senior departures, the firm reported earlier this month that it had snagged to top execs from GE Capital for its Leveraged Finance Group, a business in which Morgan hasn’t even cracked the top ten in yet. Bruce Buchanan, 43 years old, and Dan Gioia, 40, will join the firm as executive directors and report to Jason Colodne, global head of the strategic finance group.
