Yahoo! Shareholders Roll Over and Play Dead

Jerry Yang had his version of the Microsoft mating dance and Ballmer and Co. have theirs.
This saga has been a travesty for Yahoo! (YHOO-NASDAQ) shareholders, including Bill Miller, whose Value Trust mutual fund could use the help, given it is down almost 60% YTD.
Jerry Yang is on Cramer's Hall of Shame, but he should have his own building, or continent of shame. Jerry should be tarred and feathered, and John Battelle should not have been so soft on him in this interview.
